"The Palette" Newsletter Now Online

We are now making "The Palette", MAPAPA's seasonal newsletter, available online in PDF form. Eventually, some of the back-issues will be made available-check back if you need a copy. Note that the Plein Air Kittie cartoon, which is a special feature of the newsletter, is *not* included in the pdf file. You have to join and get a hard copy in the mail to receive this benefit.
