Claudia Brookes offers adult watercolor classes from her northern Baltimore County home throughout the year. Classes focus on the wet-on-wet techniques for which she is best known. Armand Cabrera will be giving outdoor and studio workshops and demonstrations in various locations in 2008 in Virginia. He is an award-winning fine artist represented by galleries across the United States. Armand moved last year from California to the east coast where he has taken top awards at many plein air competitions. Ross Merrill - July 1-13, 2008 Ross will also teach a plein air class on the Italian Amalfi Coast in conjunction with the Amalfi Coast Music and Arts Festival. During the Festival, there will be a variety of music programs students may attend. Camille Przewodek paints 2008 California wildfires and presents Aug. 4-8 workshop Easton


Mark Karnes, professor Maryland Institute College of Art and 2008 Paint Annapolis judge, will teach landscape painting classes this summer.
The Canadian program – 16 days (3 credits) at St. Andrews in New Brunswick.  Mark is teaching and lecturing on the last 4 days. For more information contact Sharon Yates at syates@mica.edu 
The Italian program (May 24 – July 5, 2008 - 3 or 6) weeks at the International School of Painting, Drawing and Sculpture in Umbria (6 credits for 6 weeks). Mark will be teaching for 6 weeks. The Hog Island Audubon Center (Maine) is offering a plein air painting workshop -- Sept 7-13, 2008.
